Ready to work!
  • Invite children to make lemonade and set up a stand
  • Encourage children to create stand using recycled materials
  • Demonstrate squeezing lemons manually, and with juicer
  • Gather juice in containers
  • Read and follow recipe to mix correct measurements of lemon juice, water and sugar
  • Mix well. Encourage children to observe the sugar dissolving, and the ingredients combining.
  • Set out cups of lemonade and straws
  • Open for business
